Apartments at Cowell

The apartments at Cowell house more than 200 students in a variety of styles, primarily 7-person and 8-person apartments. Centered on a beautiful quad with redwoods, the apartments are conveniently located close to the Baytree Bookstore and the East Field House. Apartments are available for upper-division students, and are not available for first-year students. 

For continuing students looking to live in an apartment, they will primarily choose their space during room selection, after applying for housing during the Priority Housing Application Period.
