Cowell Welcome Leaders (WLs) are a volunteer group of hard-working, committed continuing Cowell students who assist new Cowell frosh and transfer students during Fall Welcome Week.
WLs are central to providing a smooth Move-In and they plan an array of Welcome Week events at Cowell. They work cooperatively with the residential and college staff to help new students become familiar with Cowell, the campus, and its resources. WLs also help with college-wide programs throughout the year.
Being a WL is a great opportunity to assist new students, develop leadership skills, be a part of a fun and close-knit team, and contribute to student life at Cowell.
