Apartments at Cowell

The apartments at Cowell house more than 200 students in a variety of styles, primarily 7-person and 8-person apartments. Centered on a beautiful quad with redwoods, the apartments are conveniently located close to the Baytree Bookstore and the East Field House. Apartments are available for upper-division students, and are not available for first-year students. 

For continuing students looking to live in an apartment, they will primarily choose their space during room selection, after applying for housing during the Priority Housing Application Period. More details as to this process can be found here.
