Resident Assistant Selection 2009-2010Being a RA involves so much more than campus policies. RAs help to make the on-campus living experience safe, fun, entertaining, informative, and healthy. It's a great experience to add to your resume and provides you with many transferable skills. Plus, RAs earn free room and board. If you think you've got what it takes, come to one of the MANDATORY Info Sessions listed above. These are the ONLY place you can get an application. Mandatory Information Sessions

Have you experienced racism, sexism, homophobia or any other “isms” and found yourself speechless and unable to react, only to realize 5-hours later what you would have liked to have said? Join Lauren Parker Kucera, Director, coAction Connection and other student leaders at Cowell for a half day exploration of Cultural Intelligence. Understanding Cultural Intelligence is less about mastering a body of information and more about developing skills that allow people to feel safe in sharing differing perspectives, experiences and knowledge.
