Bollywood College Night

Come experience the interweaving of music, dance and cinema that is Bollywood. One of the largest film industries in the world, Bollywood is the Mumbai-based Hindi-language film industry in India. Did you know UCSC has it's own Bollywood dancers? Come watch the Bhangra dance team bring Bollywood to life, or just relax as you get a mendhi henna temporary tattoo.

Menu will feature traditional Indian cuisine, not to be missed: naan, veggie samosas, veggie butter masala curry, bhaji, palak panir, chicken tiki masala, cucumber, lemon, chile salad, chaat, gulab jamun, fresh fruit, mango lassi, coconut juice, tamarind and chutney. Cowell students with a mealplan: swipe your mealcard at the door. Off campus students: pay $1 for your ticket in advance at the Programs Office, Room 135. Performance begins at 5:45. Be on time to catch the show!

The college night will be on Thursday, January 22^nd, from 5:30 to 7pm at the Stevenson Event Center.
