College Night: Earth Day (4/21/09)

What can you do locally to be more sustainable? Cowell and Stevenson are teaming up to bring you organic food, eco crafts, and sustainability. Come learn about sustainability and how to help preserve the rainforest. Plus, live acoustic performance by Ari Shine. Watch the films being played in the Stevenson Event Center, or join in for the crafts. Cowell's environmental club, Sustaina Cowell, will be hosting a plant potting activity. Stevenson's club, Paths to a Greener Stevenson, will have tie dye shirts! Menu includes: organic chicken, turkey wraps, eggplant parmesan, vegan pesto pasta, grilled asparagus, organic salad, organic chocolate dipped strawberries, and fruit salad.

This College Night will be on Tuesday, April 21, 5:45-7:45pm at the Stevenson Event Center
