Feast of the Gods, Next College Night
Celebrate Aphrodite and the rest of the Olympians
with a Greek-inspired dinner and entertainment. Enjoy a
family style dinner of delicious Mediterranean dishes, and a
full array of desserts. Watch a preview performance from
"Helen of Egypt," a re-imagining of the classic story of
Helen of Troy, acted by UCSC students under the direction
of Cowell's own Mary-Kay Gamel.
After the show, join the open mic on stage to read your poetry or
make professions of all types of love; boyfriend, sister, pet hamster,
running, philosophy... whatever it is that you adore, tell Cowell!
Dress to impress Helen... both formal wear and togas
are wholeheartedly encouraged! Bring your friends or your
valentine, and get ready to revel in the atmosphere of compassion and
Ancient Greece. See you there!
